BASKETBALL started MID-Nov.

 

The key to getting more HS coverage

is smaller print.

 

Some teams have reported 1 game some report 15.

Paper will blame ccoach.

Only list those reporting 8 games or more

and why would a coach send in stats

to a paper that has not ran stats and it is MID jan.

 

Not only no SPECIAL SECTION

but nothing mentioned on the front of the paper to look for

PREP (less)TRA.

Another sorry attempt by the Sentinel to cover High School Basketball.

The News Sentinal makes it obvious that Tennessee is a football first state. The coverage of basketball is ridiculous. All sports should be covered the same in my opinion and this includes spring sports. The only time the winter and spring sports are covered adequately is during state tourney time. But i've come to the conclusion that if its not football, you better have sources in other places to get your information.
