Can a Kingston fan give me some information on when Perry Bailey coached there and what years he lead the Lady Yellow Jackets to the State Title. I was trying to find some information on it and was having trouble. It would be a great help. I am doing a story about him on his job here in Kentucky and was having trouble finding information about the state Championships he won in Tennessee. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I have only been living here for about 20 years, but I asked a neighbor-friend who has been here his whole life. He is 48y.o. , but he doesn't know that name. When would Bailey have been here? 50's, 60's, 70's?????? Freddie Paul Wilson was the first coach I knew of here @ RCHS.

I do not know I was doing some informational background check on a coach here in Kentucky that won 3 girls State Titles in Tennessee and coached 4 girls to the WNBA and was told that he did all this at Kingston, but then again that information on which school it was could be wrong. I was hoping someone from Tennessee could help me find some information on this coach Perry Bailey.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
