Just wanted to add, in no way is my wanting to know about the matchup a diss to McClin. Kid is a GOOD ball player. I have heard alot about Prather and just wanted to know!!!

Okay...Can ANYONE give an UNBIASED view of the Prather/McClin matchup???????? I know NS doesn't have much going at all besides him...so for the game to go into overtime he must be good. Anbody know ANYTHING????????????

 

 

 

I was there. Prather, in the next two years is going to be one of the best in the state. As for the matchup, Vic held his own, but Prather had 25 points. Quite a few of those were in transition. He fouled out, I believe Vic did as well. Northside had five players foul out, three fouled out for Dyersburg. Logan Parker guarded Prather for a lot of the game. Logan was awesome! We had Memphis refs though!!! You wouldn't believe how CONSISTANT they were! One of them was horrible, but consistant. Vic didn't have his best game, but had an absolute nasty dunk . . . with an AND1.

Prather had 28 or 26pts, depending who you ask, 15rebs, 6stls, and 4 asts............Mclin had 10pts.....I dont really like comparing kids, Prather doesnt have much help. Mclin has other players around him...that being said Prather is an elite prospect nationally, Mclin is a low major kid at best (meaning he is still a very good player)

I think Prather had around 26 points, he and Victor both fouled out in the 4th. I dont know how many points Vic had but they both played a very well rounded game. My hat goes off to Prather, he`s a good player.

congrats to dyersburg on a monumental win last night.

i see them picking some momentemum(if thats how you spell it) and playing haywood pretty tight. i hope i get to stay and watch the game.

That's a good assessment of both kids. Mclin is a lesser shooting threat. Can't consistantly knock down the jump shot from 8 feet on out. Jumps well--runs the floor well, just needs to improve the shooting to be a higher level recruit.
