What happens to the teams that lose? Are they just out of luck, or do they still get to play, and are just considered out of running for the championship? If so, what time would those games be? Also, what time would the final be?

You are guaranteed three games but if you lose you will not have a chance to play for the championship. The final would be at 4:30 on Saturday.

I guess this is the way it works when you host a tournament...but CCS definately has the easiest first two rounds facing Harpeth and then the winner of CPA or Sweetwater. The other 4 teams in the other rounds are all tough opponents. But the way it is set up CCS will advance to the championship round and will then have to face one of the 4 tougher opponents. Just an observation.
