Anybody got any early predictions, (that arent players) on the upcoming year! I cant put my opinion in because I play, i probably wont get any post but i can say this:

 

DII A: Bishop Byrne(W) vs SBEC (L)

DII AAA: Mcallie(W) vs Brentwood Academy(L)

 

I know its the same as last year, but those I think are the best teams, but you never know in the Super 7(the toughest region in the state)

BA is supposed to be strong this year. MBA is always in the mix, but they did lose all their starters on the line.

So I'll say BA vs. MBA

I wouldn't count out FACS here in Memphis as well. Returning essentially the entire team that went 6-4 last year in their first year back in TSSAA ball. Should be an interesting fall.

How is Notre Dame looking this upcoming season?

They were the second worst team last year in D2-AA...and lost their all-state quarterback Saporito, with Harding, BGA, and BCS returning the majority of their team, it's not looking good...They don't have to stop Bowman, just contain him.

I am curious why BGA isn't the favorite in minds other than those of BGA fans to win II-AA. They are returning a lot from last year, especially in the skill positions.

St. benedict is the team to beat this year they will be unstoppable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FACS actually went 7-3 last season, not 6-4. Sorry about that. By the way, Facs pounded St. Benedict by at least 28 points during the spring.

FACS is at best third in 1-A, sorry bud...Bishop Byrne and SBEC are both a lot better. I don't go to either one of those schools, but I would like to see them win state, good luck.

Harding didnt let St. Benedict score this spring, I think that would make yall .... bad.....

Those are pretty lofty expectations, since Harding hasn't beaten MUS since the early 70's...and Harding hasn't beaten Briarcrest in the last 10 games, also Brentwood is possibly the best team in the state and you are playing at their place...whats funny is, I think its still possible. But I don't see them beating Briarcrest twice, only splitting with them...but that could be enough for a state championship.
