District 4 AAA

Some people would argue that this is the toughest district in the state and I would probably have to agree. With Bearden and Farragut coming out of the same district, how could you not argue that?

 

So far Maryville and Lenoir City have taken care of business only to have a date with these teams on Wednesday. Maryville goes to Bearden after beating South-Doyle 4-0 and Lenoir City goes to Farragut after beating Sevier County 5-2.

 

Will it be the same as it has been for the past 8 years with Bearden and Farragut playing again on Friday night or will Lenoir City or Maryville (or both) make some noise in the tournament this year?

 

Obviously, the favorites are Bearden and Farragut. But I know Lenoir City can score at the drop of a hat if given the opportunity. And I also know that Maryville doesn't go down easily when it comes to these 2 teams.

 

Just having a little fun with this one. Let's see if someone will be brave enough to go against the grain and pick an upset here.
