Taylor should be back by week 2 of the playoffs (hopefully Lexington can hang on long enough for that to happen)

The only chance Lexington has is this....Marshall self-destructs........Without the star running back...no chance at week 2...

You haven't stopped anyone with that Lexington defense and Marshall's is explosive. You would need that RB to run for 250 yds to have a chance

Lexington is happy to be back in the playoffs and hosting a game to make it even better.

The problem is that they play a tough Marshall County team.

Marshall County went to west Tennessee last year in similar circumstances and beat the #2 seed Southside Hawks. So, Marshall County already knows what it takes in terms of preparation and focus.

The Tigers have several weapons in their spread offense. Morris has had a great year at quarterback rushing and throwing for big yardage and accounting for several touchdowns. Braden is the slashing tailback that can break it long from anywhere on the field. At receiver: Tears, Tedijewski, and Peterson are all dynamic targets. Peterson has the size and speed to make him very dangerous but has been slowed by a leg injury. The offensive line is solid.

Defensively, the Tigers are not as scary. The have a huge defensive tackle, Murphy. However, they have given up points this year. Marshall County's secondary contains those same players that play on offense... which makes them solid back there... they have been known to give up yardage to teams that run well.

I like the roadwarriors from Marshall County in this one.
