ethel77
Boyd is a good fit for the spread. 6-foot 208 lbs with a 4.6 forty. He doesnt have a bad arm either. I hope we can get him in here, get him a little quicker and running the new offense. My prediction for coach....hmmm....Pete Carroll?!?!? A man can dream can't he? I just hope we get a young coach who knows what it takes to win in the SEC. Someone with drive and passion for the game and is a recruiting genius. Its a sad day on rocky top but we have to move forward. Lets get us another national championship in here soon! if only we could find the next urban meyer we'd be set. We need someone like these guys.

DieHardVol
i havent heard anything about chavis, what do you think his fate will be? That's a tougher question to answer. I think it all depends on how this season ends. If we can somehow win out and finish at a .500 team i think he will probably be back. That is unless the new coach says otherwise but I don't think that, given chavis' defensive stats, the new coach will give him up. I think that they will give him a chance under the new system to see how his scheme fits in with theirs. I just hope that we can return to the Powerhouse that is Tennessee Football. KAISER
I personally want Bill Cowher. He can turn them around for sure. Muschamp=I will watch Purdue football. Carroll=I will watch Bama forvever. Kiffin=King of Lame. Butch Davis stays with UNC. TT's coach will not move to UT because his school is in a huge pipeline state. Spurrier possibly takes it and UT-Florida game is like watching the rivalry of Browns/Bengals, except Vols/Gators game like watching two bucks fight, Browns/Bengals like watching two kittens fighting. Another possibility is John Gruden. I think he would rather stay in Tampa. We would have to raise tuition just to afford for him to come to us. I wished we had someone who was an alumni because they would know how important it is to keep Tennessee going and going. Here in Henry County, I see two of our prospects going to other schools and that pisses me off that TN can't keep their own. Hopefully, they will make the best choice.
