Goodpasture at Lewis County

Well, running will be harder for both teams IMO. But having seen Lewis County twice and being bestowed the honor of being an honorary Lewis County fan, I say Lewis County wins. They play tough defense and have a good running game to boot. They don't beat themselves. They are well coached and they are playing at home. Go Panthers!!!!

LCHS will have to have their "A" game here. I hope the record of Goodpasture doesn't make anyone think this should be an easy game. This will be a real test for the Panthers.

 

Win this game and I believe LCHS will have confidence to carry them along way. Course if they was to lose all you would hear.."not tough enough schedule" .

You made a great statement about their record. Coach Martin has always scheduled touch out of region games to get them ready for the playoffs. This years out of region games were Ravenwood, Mcgavock, JP2, David Lipscomb, and Coffe County. This should be a great game between these two teams!

On paper it appears to have the makings of a classic, but in HS football.......you just never know.

 

Hope the long range forecast is off......last I seen it was showing rain for Friday, would really hate to see the weather have an effect on the game.

I believe Lewis County wins this one.. I think they'll have a great week of practice, they want revenge for the past years

Kane and Jake had another outstanding game last night, and I believe it will roll over into next week as well.. The only upperhand GP has on us, in the strength of schedule this year against tough teams. If we play ball I think we'll win, I say 28-14 LC
