I was at the Dade tournament...one of the teams involved has a coach who went to school with me. I saw an unmotivated team who may get better with an infusion of better players. Now understand this I saw them 2 or 3 times in Chattanooga last year and was totally unimpressed. Too little discipline. Now I do think the Henegar boy has promise. Someone needs to jerk him up a couple of notches. Not sure their coach can.

 

 

I watched all of their games at the Dade tournament and i agree that they were highly unimpressive there, but the insertion of the football players has made a world of difference, this team would beat the team that played against Dade by 40 in an intersquad game. All i can say compared to last year is what a difference a year makes. I hope i don't eat crow on what i'm about to say but get out next time you can and watch them and i promise you will see a different team and a different attitude.

Marion won by 7 I think. They had a big lead early, and held on late. I hear they looked a little out of shape towards the end.
