Friendship had a great year. Went as far as Warmath and Vaughn could take them. Pickett was the better team. FCS had no answer for their point guard #24. Their 4 teams in their district were better than Friendship. Those girls play a lot of basketball up in that area. It's obvious that they work on their game and are well coached. I'm not sure how dedicated our girls are in the off season. Just working on our fundamentals. You usually get out what you put in. It is bothersome when your two top scorers are off the court and your team cannot score. Teams are only as good as the end of the bench will let them be. Others will definitely have to step it up next season. Their will just be different playmakers on the team.

GUESS THE BALL BOUNCED REALLY FUNNY 2NITE?????

Superfish we played as bad as i have seen us play this year . But that does change the fact we lost end of story.I dont understand it but that is what happened.Your not going to beat someone that is good by just scoring 36 points.Well there is always next year.

Until they beat someone over there, it is hard to argue. I am no Friendship fan, but I think it would be great if they beat one of those teams out east. I would root for Gordensville, westmoreland or Friendship against those teams BUT reality is reality. I agree, Red Boiling Springs will feast on the 7a district. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

they may win the 7a district but they will lose the first round of region most likely..The 8 a district will by far be tough.. Especially with Jackson county being the team to beat

Friendship had a 20 win season, that's a good season in anyone's book.

I personally enjoyed every game I got to see the FCS Lady Commanders play, whether it was at FCS, Eagleville, Ezell Harding, MidTenn Christian (regular season or tourney) or at Watertown. Being that I drive at least 1 3/4 hours to see them play, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. My player will play again, but it is college ball that I'll end up driving to see the next four seasons.

I mentioned to Andi's mom and Traci's dad that I won't be there next year to root them on, but I STILL expect great things to come out of the FCS Lady Commanders' 09-10 BB season.

Thanks for the memories! Go Big Green!
