Congratulations Clay Co and Coach Kimes! How is Emily Bowman? I was told she was injured. I noticed in the box score that she didn't score any points in this game, so I'm assuming she didn't play. If she can't play that would be a huge loss for Jackson County because she is a very solid player.

Missing Emily really hurt us. She is our 3 point shooter and all we did the first half was miss 3 after 3 after 3. Clay county played great defense and got the rebounds when we missed 3's. Congratulations. Just don't do it again.

The truth is that clay county has good athletes, always do, and the coach

before was not getting it done. no offense intended. This lady they have

now is doing the job, and the players seem to believe in her. She does

not have to scream and hollar, she gets it done before the game. I congratulate

clay county on the win and the obvious improvement. Jackson County does

not have the great players as in the past. They are playing good defense

and their success depends on offense that they pass the ball pass it when they

should, take high percentage shots, 10 to12 feet and use Laken more

wisely. Laken is frustated, Jim is getting frustated you can tell, and if this

team on offense can't come together then this year and next are going

to be a problem. They don't know how to set up a play, or how to run it

and sorry to say aren't improving.

I want to also say in fairness, earlier on the teams we played maybe, the

exception being cr prepared their defense for our team. Now the second

time around they just stop laken, and they stop the jc offense. You can

always stop one player. That is when the others step up. We have no

stepping up. Just confusion. It is time for the jc players to decide if they

want to be average, or great. It is not just shooting the ball all the time

it is about working the ball into position. Enough said. I am dun.
