ATTENTION ATHLETES: Speed, Quickness and Agility Clinic March 14th

Former Jefferson County and App State standout Mark Moore has teamed with former Jefferson County All American and Super Bowl Champion Todd Collins on a new training program designed to give all athletes a competitive edge. This camp is open to ALL athletes, both male and female, that are interested in enhancing their speed and quickness. By attending you will learn:

 

1. The most effective way to develop and enhance athletic explosiveness

2. The three key components to maximizing your athletic potential

3. Learn the specific techniques that Super Bowl Champions and other elite athletes use to increase speed, acceleration, agility, and flexibility

4. Why correct plyometric training is a must for your success

 

This clinic will be held in Jefferson City. Session 1 will start at 9:00 EST and will be for male and female athletes ages 10 - 12. Session 2 will begin at 1:00 EST and will be for male and female athletes ages 13 - 18.

This clinic would be a great asset for any serious and competitive athlete! I run the same speed clinics and athletic performance enhancement programs down in Southwest, FL and for this resource to be available in east Tennessee... it would be invaluable for ALL athletes including football players!

 

I will just say this - if any athlete is serious about a sport (and I mean competitive and wanting to improve and be the best) and not doing any physical conditioning, speed and agility improvement, and strength/power development outside of their sport.... guess what... YOU ARE NOW THE MINORITY!

 

I encourage players and athletes.... heck even weekend warrior types to attend and use the resources at this clinic to improve.
