Pitching Machines...which one do you like?

Loooking ahead 'til next year....I need a better machine than I have at present. Anybody had any experience with the Atec 3G?

If money not an issue I would buy a Hack Attack. It's a three wheel machine starting at about $1800. If you want a good budget machine then look at First Pitch. They are a single wheel machine starting at about $600.

Toss the machine. Live batting practice and soft toss and hitting off the "T" is the way to go

I have used the jugs jr. for several years, A very durable machine, My first one last for about 15 years. The cost of a new machine is about 1400.00. I used the jugs seemed balls [ not dimpled]. They seem to move when they come out of the machine plus not hard on the bats. I think before you put someone in front of a pitching machine. You may want to start them on a T stand then soft toss. After they get their form down, then I like to pitch to them from behind a screen so that you can pitch different pitches to them. This way you are close enough to look at their swing and close enough to talk to them and make corrections.
