I think it is three, but I dont have the rule book in front of me.

4 innings is an offical game.

4 innings, but chances are if your ahead your pitcher isn't coming out in High School ball. She is going to pitch and pitch and pitch and then if she is your number one she will pitch some more.

Accoring to the NFHS 2009 rule book, rule 9section 6 artical a: If the starting pitcher has pitched the first four innings or more and the team is ahead when the pitcher is replaced and it holds the lead for the remainder of the game, the starting pitcher shall be the winning pitcher.
