rebelboy121 I think you missed the point that the ranked teams were all on one side of the bracket. #1 Clark Range #3 Forrest. In a seeded bracket Forrest probably would have been the #2 seed in the same bracket so they would still have meet before the championship.

Haven't been on the boards in ages. Since I don't have one involved in sports anymore its easy to to lose track of all the great kids in our community. That being said....I think I saw this exact same thread starting in 2002, 2003, 2004....2006 (big year) all the way to 2009. Basketball, Football, Softball, and Baseball. Don't know much about these girls but don't they all want to go to UT? If so moving closer for the parents would make alot of sense if his job statis allows.

What he/she means is wjjm and waxo are local radio stations out of Lewisburg. WAXO is AM and WJJM is FM which is a much stronger signal in Chapel Hill. And we won't get into how we know that. but voice is correct, the internet signal is the same. We have people listen to Forrest sports all over the country.

The coaches for these other teams need to get on the stick and report their games, win or lose. Everybody else in 9A is showing 0-3 and 0-4

Play is suspended while the new pitcher warms up. Coach can walk around, talk to his players whatever. Think of this, how many times has the coach for the team at bat called his runners over for a chat.

She is in HS now. Time to let her go. If you don't have enough confidence in the HS coaching staff then she shouldn't be playing for them. Don't embarrass her by asking another coach if you can coach over top them.

Guess they would rather give up the base, risk injuring another player, and all the rather than go to a second set of signals....what do I know. Well I do know if one of these pitchers actually did seriously injure or kill another player 99% of them would be devastated and done with softball.

You assume Forrest is just an average team. Don't assume to much from a game played 2 months ago. Forrest has been to State 3 years in a row, with a gold ball.

Sounds like Cascade just can't shake their reputation.

so what if a guy gets a concussion? A head injury is ok with you? Destroying a life is ok with you? For a stupid game? You would be ok with your kid being paralized for the rest of his life, his life ruined because its part of the game? You would be ok with your sisters child being killed because a 300lb lineman grabbed her sons helmet and snapped his neck, because its part of the game? I just don't know what to say. I hope you live alone, your disregrad for life is dangerous.

Since this is students vandalizing a teachers property, I wonder if there could be any punishment coming from the school system to the students. I see this story and I see one student out of what 15 who is being interviewed. Where are the rest. They probably don't want their parents to find out they were involved.

I'm really surprized this even came out. One of the kids parents must have seen the pellet dent in the car. You know who else can be charged in this case? The kids. Vandaliism, treaspassing.

Not surprized here but I'm glad Forrest played solid. JB is one of those programs that seems to be able to reload every year. That says alot about the coaching. Good luck to JB the rest of the year. I think we get Cascade next. Another program that looks like it will be able to reload every year. Time will tell.
