Clinton vs. Carter

Clinton is looking good so far. They got beat by Morristown West barely and i thought that they were one of the top teams around here who could stay with Maryville. If they play carter like they played Morristown then Carter is gonna be hurting. Clinton is little this year but will take it to you no matter how big you are.

I think Clinton will win by more than alittle bit! Blake Sharp should have a field day offensively and defensively angainst Carter.

Clinton should win this game in a big way. I can't think of any other team in the state with as tough a schedule as Clinton. Actually, 4-A football seems stronger in East Tennessee than 5-A. Clinton usually won more games when they were playing classified 5-A, playing the bigger schools.

While I think the country faired much better under Clinton, than under Carter (remember high inflation and 18% mortgages), I think Carter was basically a good human being.

 

I strongly preferrred Ronald Reagon to either of these men.
