I attended this great game. the conditions were excellent the weather was beautiful and the excitement and mood around LP field was amazing. also, the fact that U.S won made the whole experience even better. i may be traveling to Chicago for the next World Cup qualifier on June 6.

With the number of world cup events held in Nashville in recent history, is Nashville in the running for a MLS expansion team? Seems the support is strong enough....

the nfl has alot to do with mls

 

if it wasn't for nfl owners like lamar hunt and bob kraft mls wouldn't exist

 

it also seems like the titans ownership supports the the idea but in the last couple expansions nashville lost out very early

 

so the mls brass might be scared that revenue might go down when football starts

i'm not surprised that Miami Folded but Tampa has great soccer supporting town

 

but i'm surprised that the Glaziers(who also own Manchester United) quit so easily
