So it came to my attention even with the tie between Alcoa and Carter, Alcoa is still above Carter when Carter beat Seymour by alot more...this is on the Standings on the school soccer homepage. It confused me...Can anyone clear this up for me?

The standings you are looking at are not official.

 

I do not have our district tiebreaker system in front of me at this moment to be able to answer that question but I believe the goals scored will be the tiebreaker that gives the number 1 seed to Carter.

I believe that Seymour5 is correct. Carter has the #1 seed because of goals scored (which is what their district has set up as tie breaker).

that was probably in alphabetical order. Carter is the 1 seed.
