knoxlax
We will be starting up on May 27th at Farragut Middle. Tentative plan is to play games on Sunday nights at Safety City. These are the "real" games, referees, selected teams, etc. Pick up games will be played Wednesday nights at Farragut. USLacrosse registration is required. More info can obtained by joining the facebook group 'Knoxville Summer Lacrosse' or by joining the mailing list. knoxlax
Summer league is run by the men's club. The league consists of high school players through post collegiate (several of us very post collegiate). The organization is looking to expand to a more regional approach, i.e sending 20 man squads to Asheville, Atlanta, Nashville for informal games. Could the high school and collegiate level players possibly participate in those tournaments as well?
knoxlax
my guess is that up to half of those squads would be made up of the higher level hs players.
