Dca vs. Ezell Harding

after watching DCA play against Friendship tonight i think DCA has the defense to stop Ezell....just wanted to hear some opinions a week early about this game...

I don't think DCA has what it takes to beat Ezell.

The key to stopping Ezell is to put enough people in the secondary to stop the short pass and still not get hurt by the running game. They have good receivers and Antoine will be tough carrying the ball. Mario is outstanding as a cover man. Will also did a good job in coverage but he gives up a lot of height.

 

On the other side of the ball, Ezell's defense is much improved. Chris and Mario did a good job on offense carrying the ball. They are going to need to cut out the mistakes (work on that option pitch) and Chris needs to improve on his blocking (especially pass blocking).

This is going to be an interesting stretch for Ezell with DCA and Boyd Buchannan coming up.
