Maplewood brings it back to the "den" this week, region play ...get it rolling the home stretch is on!

After dropping a close one @ Ooltewah last week, the Panthers take on cross town rival the Firebirds!

Looks to be a good test for the Panthers ..who cant afford to take anyone lightly, and im sure they wont.

The Panthers should take care of business this week. It may be close hopefully we pull away. It looks like this region championship will come down to the last week against The Creek.

Pearl Cohn opened some eyes with their wins over East Literature & Northeast. Both of those are quality wins. The losses for the Firebirds have come to MBA, BGA, & Ft. Campbell (KY). That is a downright brutal schedule and it still has Maplewood, Whites Creek, CPA, & David Lipscomb remaining. YIKES!!!!

 

Maplewood's schedule isn't any easier. They lost to MBA, Hunters Lane, & Ooltewah. The wins over David Lipscomb & CPA were both hard fought & well earned victories on the road to say the least. Maplewood still has Pearl Cohn, East Literature, & Whites Creek remaining on the schedule this season. Again.....YIKES!!!!!

 

 

 

When District 10-AA was formed last November we all knew that games like this were going to come week after week. It is awesome to see Metro/Nashville football getting back to the power level it was at several years ago. This one will be well worth the price of admission and it's going to be a very hard hitting contest where a big play of 2 decides the outcome in the end.
