OmahaVol
The preseason USA Today top 25 came out and Hillsboro is ranked #8 in the South region. Can anyone tell me if they are really that good. I'm hearing that Morristown West should be very good this year. How will Oak Ridge be this year? Someone give me the scoop, please. MJHO
We'll find out just how tough they are in about a week and a half. They have Mt. Juliet coming to town Friday December 4th. That game should show whether they can handle the loss of the Crouch kid or not. I'm not sure you can take a talent like hers off of a team and not feel the effects. Should be a good early season test for both squads.
jazzypha24mom
I think before Hillsboro plays Mt. Juliet, they will also get tested by Riverdale on tomorrow. I know the Tennessean stated losing Keisha was a "minor" set back but with her ability to play in or out & handle the ball, she is a MAJOR loss for this program. I know they still have Isabelle in the post but losing 3 starters from last year, I don't see them as tough without Keisha.
Metroman
There is no way that Hillsboro will be as good as last year. They have a lot of talent, but are very inexperienced. With Crouch out, they will really struggle to get out of a substate game against a team like Clarksville or Mt. Juliet.
