Well, if this is true, tell Coach PA Pratt that there's a job opening over here in Gibson Co. for a head football coach. He brought Crockett Co.'s football program out of shambles. Surely he can work his magic here in Gibson Co.!

Wow... this would be big news. Coach Pratt is really held in high regards around this community, and not just for what he has done with the football program. He has really invested in the community and made a big difference in a lot of young student-athletes' lives.

 

Although... everyone knows how tough and demanding head coaches have. I completely understand his stepping down if this is truly the case to take on the role of assistant superintendent. In that position he would continue to make a big difference in the Crockett County community and, at the same time, have much more time to spend with his family.

 

That being said... I don't know if this is anything more than a rumor someone has started on the message boards. I wold suggest people not speculate too much.
