tnfisher
Not Mr. Noitall but I'll take a wild shot at 1A. Not who will be in the Boro, but top 8 overall. Regions 5 and 6 will be a dogfight as ususual. 1 Trinity - No contest 2 Grace Baptist - Lacey Walker is flying under the radar outside of Chatt 3 Summertown - Will this be the year they break thru 4 Columbia Acad - Solid team has played a tough schedule 5 Forrest - always ready at tourney time and pretty easy road to sectional 6 Cornersville - would have been Trinity's top challenge if Fagan was healthy 7 East Roberstion - must get by Forrest or Summertown/CA 8 Cant pick just 8 so maybe Marion Co, Coalfield, South Fulton, Midway, or Riverside - one of this bunch may surprise just putting them at 8 based on past state tourney results and quick look at schedule strength

Yes they are all great teams, no doubt, but only two of those five can go to Murfreesboro...

Indian
Are you sure? The smiley gave me the impression you didn't understand Fisher's post and were eager to correct him.
Indian
If you're looking for a sleeper, pick Silverdale from Chattanooga. They added a pitcher to the line-up, one of the best in Chattanooga, who'd been sitting out a year after transferring from Boyd-Buchanan. The article the other day mentioned she pitched 3 innings and struck out 9 vs Arts and Sciences. I never saw the score of their final vs Grace in the district but if they start her and play good defense behind her they have a chance against most anybody. 5-Sport Dad
Is Trinity so good that you left out 2 teams in A? And where are your normal and 'honest' comments? *Hope the water didn't get your double-wide. If so, you'd better get the beer bottles and 'other' paraphernalia out before the feds shows up. Or, they'll be doin' more than writin' you and Ms. Birdie a check...if you know what I mean.
savannahsdad
Riverdale definitly has the toughest road to the Boro. Lawrence or Lincoln could be the dark horse.
5-Sport Dad
I really like Lincoln Co., too....the coach, the pitchin', the catchin', the bat...why do they all seem to use the same one, though?
