District 3 AAA All District Team

Does anyone know who made the all district team? I never did see it in the News-Sentinel. I know that the District 4 team was in there but never did see the 3AAA team.

Powell was represented by Colby Skeen, Drake Owenby, and Jordan Sanford.

I read where Brycen Roberts got MVP and Andrew Barkley got Pitcher of the Year.

Halls was Bryce Beeler, Josh Hillard, Jared Burton, Paul McConkey and Andrew Barkley. My 2 cents says Player of the Year should have been Bryce Beeler instead of the kid from AC. I'm just sayin.

Are you kiddin me?? he hit .508 with 18 bombs and 55 RBI's, i think that's good enough for District Player of the Year

No, I'm not kidding. Beeler's final stats are batting .558, 15 HRs, 69 RBIs, 15 doubles and 50 runs scored. Also hit every LH pitcher he faced (Williams, Norris, Owenby).Also played on the District 3AAA Champion team. 4 HRs does not compare to 14 more RBIs.

I agree, Bryce Beeler's stats were more impressive in my opinion. Roberts has him beat in one category..HRs,But as it has already been pointed out.. Beeler had 14 more RBIs. Which is more important to the TEAM aspect of the game.

How's Halls doing in state? Oh wait, my bad. Carter is a much better player than this Beeler kid. Did he hit against Farragut's #3 pitcher? No. Quit complaining about everything Halls fans, and just accept you are an average team.

Beeler was 2-0 pitching, played 2nd full time and when the 3rd baseman pitched, he was moved to 3rd. 95.4% fielding. Probably will be moved to SS next year to replace McConkey that will be graduating. Still gets my vote.

You say he hit all of those leftys?? He was 1 for 4 off of Williams and Durand from AC and he wasnt much better against Owenby?
