Heard that they were looking good and the players feel confident that they will win the district. Your Thoughts?

They have as good a chance as anyone to win the district. The whole district is very very weak and whoever comes out of it will get crushed in the playoffs just like every other year. All six 6a schools in Rutherford County could finish first in this district.

There is no way Lavernge could win the district they are not that good.Siegel, Oakland, Smryna, Riverdale and Blackman could but not Lavernge. Siegel might not even have the ability to win it, but did hear they were pretty good

Pioneersports, until we do something about statements that people from the boro posts, they will keep doing it! Welcome to CoachT. They have good teams and we must work hard and beat them to shut them up! That's life! Until we do, live with it! Back in the day, we were competitive with them! They have bragging rights now! Work hard and change it! Bottom line!

Did not mean to offend you guys. Just stating you are in a weak district. The new playoff plan makes teams in our district resent the weaker districts because two teams from down your way will get in the playoffs when two better teams will have to stay home. This new format rewards wins no matter who you get them against and none of your schools will play Rutherdford County teams anymore because you will get beat. Good luck to Warren and Coffee Counties this year!!

DUDE SERIOUSLY stop bragging cause ONE DAY you will get beat. Stay off this board with your CRUDE comments. Second don't resent the teams, 1) it's not the teams fault, The TSSAA fault, 2) It's not the players fault, you should root for all players, these guys need the support, not some LOUD MOUTH Abnoxious Person saying That their District is strong, Grant it you have agrueably the strongest district top to bottom, stop complaining and play football. After all a district may be strong but only one team wins in the end and last year YOU Guys didn't even represent in the championships, So I wouldn't Brag, you never know when a WEAK district might win it all.

      I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.

      I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.

      I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
