Mcgavock maybe the best team Goodpasture has played yet. This is the fourth meeting of these teams. So far it has been Goodpasture winning two close ones and Mcgavock winning a blowout. If Mcgavock is a pass happy team it might be a long night for the Cougars. However Goodpasture finds ways to win and I think they win another close one.

Cougars can beat any one in 3A except Alcoa If they can get the defense going. Offense is great but the D has a ways to go. Also cougars in a close one

We have a couple boys out this week with concussions, however we have our big boy Dre back. Should be a close game tomorrow night. I still believe Cougars come out on top!

Goodpasture just does not have the studs they used to have they are in a drought just like public schools go through. McGavock is on the rise after MJ took it to them week 1. They should be undefeated. If they were to play MJ now it would be a different story. I Say McGavock wins this in a shoot out. 42-28.

I wouldn't call 6-1 over rated. I call it successful!

Maybe overated was not the correct word, but beating teams like whites creek, westmoreland, and giving up 34 pts to Macon County is not impressive. Props on the ravenwood win, CPA win, and I will guess give a bit for the win over lipscomb, even though they are not as strong as the typical lipscomb team regardless of what their record is.

 

 

I wouldn't call 6-1 over rated. I call it successful!
