No, seriously. Everythings gotta fall into place. Need a great offseason with dedicated coaches and kids. Hard work, good talent. Avoid key injuries and pick up a little luck along the way. Beat who you're supposed to beat and win the close ones.

Blood sweat and tears, starting with the coaches right down to the last player. If you got good coaches that are hungry and your players are hungry for it that equals a great ball team.

Having a State Championship team takes dedication from both the players and their coaches. it takes some talent....but the key ingredient is to have alot of heart and never give up no matter how good or bad things look

It also takes a booster club and fan base. A good booster club does great things for the football program and I'm sure the coaches appreciate them alot.
