veerman8133
Well here we are in the final week of the season. It's been a long one for the Panthers. They got a nice win over Cosby last week. This one is for nothing but pride for both teams and to stay out of the cellar in the conference. CG won this game last year in a nailbiter. If they can come out and play like they did last Friday then I think they can win. If not, it could be a long night. Grainger's size up front will be a big factor. CG is just undersized on both the offensive and defensive fronts. But I feel that they may be quicker which could even things out. I see CG coming out strong and winning one for the 4 seniors on the roster. It'll be close, but I think the Panthers can close out the year on a 2 game win streak with a little mo going into next year!!!! CG - 28 Grainger - 21 in a close one!!!! Go Panthers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
budkilmer
It's never fun to be playing for last, but it can be motivation to win. This game will come down to the team that doesn't give up. I agree with you veerman, Grainger has the size, Cumberland Gap has the speed. Neither have the seasoned, experienced players, except what they gained from this season. I agree, The Gap wins this one in a close game. Good luck to both teams. veerman8133
Bud i think there are brighter days on the horizon for both of these teams. You're right...im sure neither one wants to be playing for last, but it should be motivation. Hopefully next year will be better.
