SP vs JB for the Gold

Yes he did quite a bit this season, last season, the season before...

 

But maybe that just because locally, we all know what he can do. It's hard to register HS popularity outside the local realm. I was surprised about the Mr Football.

 

I'd like someone to explain what happened on Polk Co sometime. Somehow he wasn't effective that game.

He did ok but Polk Co was pretty good. SP was out matched up front and also Polk had a linebacker that was all over the place.

The problem with this game is that JB was playing in slow motion. The SP speed killed them.

So the West bracket was really strong huh, overrated is more like it.... Look like the championship was in South Pitt a couple weeks ago against Gordonsville... Congrats to the Pirates on another Gold Ball... Hale once again should've been Mr. Football but I'm sure he will take the championship any day

Congratulations to the Pirates on winning the Gold Ball. I can not think of any team in our area more deserving. Y'all have a great Team, great Coaches and great Fans.

All I can say is WOW! SP definitely deserves that gold ball. To dominate JB like that is unbelievable. Congrats to SP. JB, you've had a great season, just to get there was an accomplishment. Good luck to all the seniors, I'm sure some of you will be going places, and good luck to all next season!

When you get to this game, you better have the "won't be denied" attitude. SP as a team came in with that attitude. I think last year's loss made them more hungry and a little mad which gave them that attitude. I hope Signal has the same attitude.

SP congrats from BigSwo. You guys left absolutley no doubt who is the best in 1A. One question Though.... Where was this Hale kid hiding last year. holy Cow man that dude is overwhelming. Dominated both sides of the ball and won convincingly. Good Luck to all those seniors who are moving on. For most of them it was thier last time on the gridiron. A great way to leave the game.
