Sippin', I'm thinking that had to be smoked or injected!!!!! Now don't get me wrong here, I like to be optimistic where my Rebels are concerned but I kind of take 'em one week at a time. We have some friends across the creek that are already packing and making reservations in Cookville but there is a 10-0 team between them and there that just might derail the livestock train. That's all I'm sayuin'.

 

Where is Roy when ya' need him?? You think I'm kiddin' but I'm not! I hope it goes well for both of us but there is a LOT of football to be played between now and then. The Rebels have struggled with health and other issues all season and the ssme can happen to any other team in the blink of an eye. But Lord I hope not.

My congrats and thanks to the 2011 Rebels. It was an exciting ride for the most part and you younger Rebels got a lot of good experience and should be ready to take us back to business as usual here in Rebel Nation next season.

 

Now, go to work Rebels and get us on top of the pile again. We're still here behind you and will be all the way.

 

We will miss you seniors. You have had a great career here for the Rebels and I thank you for all the great moments you gave us.

Guess he had to hit again a time or two late Friday night. maybe before the playoffs are over we can hang out and sip some southern fineness and listen to a game and cook up something fine at the same time. I ain't got much if any in a jar but I can bring in something that will make you smile all weekend!!!! Don't fo;rget that I'm the master of disaster!!!!

 

Seems like volsandtitans1 ia the only one in Rebel Nation that understood and verbally said why an implied desecration of Col. Reb was the wrong thing to do if you don't expect Rebel NaZtion to rise up and defend that part of our heritage. I do know that that was posted by one or two individuals that have no respect for anyone or anything. But please expect us to react in an equal and opposite reaction.

 

Something was said about the Rebels meeting at midfield and having "a party (or whatever)" on their D. I guess they missed the Memo that the Rebels meet at midfield after every game ( win or lose) for a team meeting and what ever they do I think even a prayer(?). Home or away. If the home team goes to mid-field we move off to the side.

Same place ya'll are gonna' be playing next week. Trust me, ya'll are very fortunate to be playing this week in that if you were playing the same competition we are you would have serious issues by now.

The living legend is certainly disappointed the living legend Butchies rebs this year. Although Butchies young lads played hard this year, their will be nobody achieving legend status. Hopefully next season will be better and their will be some young lads at McKenzie achieve legend status. Maybe the legend can visit a game next season as long as the McKenzie police department will arrange for the legend to have a police escort in and out of the stadium. It is not everyday that you McKenzie people would have a chance to mingle with a legend such as myself. I will try to be available before and during halftime to sign autographs and pose for pictures. Anyways until next year, good luck to all the young lads during off season workouts.
