Are all games at 7:00 friday for the small class of division 2? I really wanna see Fayette Academy girls play. I have heard that they are good this year.

 

The USJ vs Knoxville Webb game has been moved to 6:00 PM EST and 5:00 CST.

Boys SubState at USJ Saturday moved to 5:00 CST so would not say it would be a safe bet to think they are all at 7:00.

 

Fayette Academy is good - height, quickness, and well coached. The Region final vs Harding Academy was a classic battle.

Fayette has had a great year record wise. And they should win against Ezell Harding. But as we all know when you are in one and done territory anything can happen.

 

I am very familiar with the East/Middle but know little about the West. Looking at the Commercial Appeal it looks like Fayette has a great record but not the toughest competition. I don't know if that is correct or not. Knox-Webb and FRA from the East/Middle appear to have played and played well much tougher competition. But I would value your or anyones comments.

 

FRA vs St. George is also at 6 tonight

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
