CCJetsFan
I guess it is getting harder to find quality coaches anymore. The love of the game, the love of teaching and watching players grow and be confident in themselves should be enough to compensate for the enormous amount of time spent trying to accomplish that. We all wish we could pay the big bucks to get a good one.

There are plenty of great coaches who are doin it for the love of the game, the $$$$ is just extra.

SCOOBYDOO25
Best Wishes, been there done that. Not H.S but 18 and under, some things you just can't change. The key is, not useually the coach, but the talent level on the field. 1 or 2 or 5 good players are going to make a great difference. It takes a Team to be winners. A coach in H.S. does not have the ability to instruct ALL the girls in 6 weeks on how to play ball at the H.S. level. It takes caring parents, $$$$, kid willing to spend that extra summer playing travel ball on a Quality team, while there friends are at the beach or where ever living the sweet life. Pitchers it is year round. No exception. Again good luck.

Lots of time and money spent. Softball is a year round sport anymore as we all know by now. A coaching change was needed, don't want to go into details. We have great facilities, an established Booster program and a feeder system in place. Good crop of returning players and incoming looks promising. We just need a coach with experience and dedication to get to where we want to be.
