Find out how many student athletes received zone exemptions to attend OHS for the IB program and have since dropped out of the program yet still attend OHS. Now there is a loophole! That one is legal too if they did not play a sport. There is just about every way you can think of thats legal to transfer. And its all right if someone wants to transfer without athletics. If they dropped out and played athletics, that was not supposed to happen. In SD's Middle School class, the second best player took the OHS IB program and went to Oakland.
