That one is legal too if they did not play a sport. There is just about every way you can think of thats legal to transfer. And its all right if someone wants to transfer without athletics. If they dropped out and played athletics, that was not supposed to happen. In SD's Middle School class, the second best player took the OHS IB program and went to Oakland. Thats all right and is above board. All of this will finally take a toll.
