Central should have beaten bledsoe. Central crushed Meigs. Seqouyah did get upset by Meigs but Seq. had players suspended and that made a difference. Polk is not down as bAd as one would like to think. Your answer Seq., Polk, and Sweetwater.

Wow.... You have no knowledge of football.... All your doing is comparing opponents and scores and you think that Sequoyah, Polk, and Sweetwater would all beat Bledsoe? Polk Co. would have a WAY better chance than any of the other 2 would.... Polk is usually never rebuilding just reloading.... Depending on where the game was would depend on the outcome.....

Not true at all. I have seen all these teams play, and I can tell you that Bledsoe is one of the weakest teams that MCentral has faced. Sweetwater and Seq. both have QB's that can beat you with their legs. Both are quick getting the edge and if you spread to stop it they have a good backs that can hurt you inside. Both throw the ball better than MCentral. Bledsoe has been the slowest team we have faced thus far. Polk would just line up and beat Bledsoe. I am not discrediting Bledsoes accomplishments at all. I have no idea on scores nor do I care. I am basing this on watching these teams play.

Still like Bledsoe over everyone in that district, except Polk by more than 3 TD's, the Polk game would be a good one. I will give Central credit, they played hard on a very emotional night in Pikeville.

I would agree that the Sweetwater game will be close for Bledsoe, but it will tell if they were down the MCentral night and I have not assessed them correctly. I will however disagree with the Polk prediction, they are rolling and I would have a hard time believing Bledsoe could stay within two touchdowns of Polk. Just my opinion and good luck to Bledsoe this year - I know it has been a tough one for you guys.

I'm pretty sure most teams would have an "off" night if they had just lost one of their own......

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
