Rumor in Rutherford county is that the Ravenwood head coach either turned in his resignation or was handed his walking papers.

Rumor isn't true...but wouldn't be surprised if either of those things happen after the final game. Parents are out of control at RHS.

Thats odd. Not what I was told by someone on the inside at all. So the principal wasnt in the ADs office discussing a replacement and what they were going to tell the community about the football coaching fiascos of the last year?

The new coach will be back. He is still cleaning up the mess that the former staff left. It was a circus the last couple years.

Word I got was that the resignation letter was written, but begging by the principal and some promises to sweeten the coaching gig were made.

 

Seems like a decent guy. Glad he's staying.
