The silver lining here is the mighty eagles won't have to be embarrassed by Greeneville in the playoffs and can face a somewhat depleted Devil defense next year.

im sure we could get a game between sinus mt and trezevant since they both will be watchin from the sidelines this year!

Go Ahead and Gloat. Pile on as many haters as you can find. Won't matter to me. I'm done with CoachT. My son will be graduating soon and most likely moving on to UT. Unfortunately, that is true at the moment. But, you have to admit that our success rate has been pretty good since we finally decided to quit playing schools twice our size in the playoffs (It doesn’t hurt that we are no longer in the same division as Maryville).

let's see, 2/3 teams that are in 4a now that were in championship games last year have been essentially 86'd from any playoff contention what so ever this year. a man looking at the big picture, like yours truly, could reasonably deduce that folks in greeneville have been tugging the right ropes behind the curtains, as if their pay-to-play policies weren't enough of an edge already.
