i agree with east winning i think they have a better team than last year. but it will be close between 3 teams for 2nd eliz, unicoi, and north

i agree that east is a good well coached, team i just think they wont be able to do anything with etown's size, just my opinion

I agree Elizabethton will be good IMO I see them splitting with Sullivan East. But I think in the long run East is just a little bit better than Elizabethton. I think Easts strong non-conference schedule will play a big role on what success they may have and coach Dyer always seems to reload every year and has his kids playing hard for 32 minutes night in and night out. Dont sleep on Unicoi though they will be tough as well.

Oh yea, nobody should sleep on Unicoi, I think they will be very good as will East, who does East play non conference? and it should be a very tight race for the title good luck to everybody.

When you play Etown the opposite teams post will have to be able to battle all night in there considering they will be going against a 6'4 300 lb kid and a 6'8 kid that can score consistently

Fisherman is right. I have played and coached against many of John Dyers teams in the past and I can tell you they will not back down in the paint and they will make you run the floor and play defense. East has always had small teams but they play hard on both ends of the floor. If you remember Sullivan East used to be in the Big 9 conference so its no stranger to them to have to guard bigs inside. Dyer puts alot of emphasis on playing defense so I dont think this will be a big issue. But I do think Elizabethton will be a very tough team to compete with in that conference and do believe they have a little more talent than Sullivan East.

you're absolutely right but on the other hand etown has 11 guys that can play and the second five is not much different than the first 5

EHS will be the team to beat this year! Yes they are still relatively young, but loaded like the previous post said they actually have 10 starters so there bench is deep and that will be detremential when the other teams are starting to wear down. This could be the year The Men of EHS take over!
