Some coaches grow tired

and some become sick,

they change their views

no longer want to be public,

they want the finer things

as some may say,

they keep it private

find themselves at BA

 

How do you know

that this is true,

Please reveal your sources

and I may believe you.

 

If he does go private,

well, I'm a thankin

that maybe Blackman

will end up with a Rankin

Wow, a Rutherford County Head Football Coach looking for another job....what is this world coming to....I thought Rutherford was the SEC of High School Football :popcorneater:

If Shad is out would Houston Nutt be on the short list? I'm hearing it's between a local guy and Charlie Ward of Florida State and that Rankiin did apply. :popcorneater:

Oh let me guess. God has led Shad once again to where the talent is and where he can make more money.

 

Or where the daughter can play basketball.

 

2senseless, you are such a child! God forbid a man would want to make a better life for himself and his family both on and off the court. One question though. When Shad left the institution to go to MTCS exactly what talent was he going there for.

 

I dare say he was leaving more talent than he was going to. So it realy comes down to one thing get monie, get monie, get monie. And if the checkbook had not been snatched out from under him, I'm sure he would still be there. I know I would!

 

But I'm also dang glad he came. One District Championship and Two Second Place Finishes doesn't suck. :popcorneater:

Looks like you get to keep your hero, mykidsdad. Shad didn't get the BA job. Guess his credentials didn't beat the guy they hired who only went 3-7 last year.

 

He went to MTCS because he had visions of being able to recruit more players like Sonny and Rod there and get some free rent while he was at it. He planned to make it his own little BA. My source on that is IMPECCABLE. But we all know it didn't work out that way for him.

      I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.

      I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.

      I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
