Very true. They also were missing Juan (due to an injury) a 3 year starting forward and having to fill in the shoes of Javier (who isnt able to play, he would have broke the scoring record this year by a single player) isn't going to be easy. The lack of experience up front showed. Someone defiantly has to step up and be a goal scorer and Juan has that capability an experience along with a few others. Also, DC is rebuilding the back line defense from losing all starting backs, it will yake a few games playing together, but they have some talent still. True point though. You can't win if you dont score.

Looks like Tuesday results in the District are Central 12-0 over Lancaster Academy and Macon Co beat Smith 5-0.. any other games been played? LA did you guys get to play Monday or get rained out? DC host smith county tomorrow to kick off the season.

Why isn't Javier able to play? And I'm pretty sure the Sparta game that was supposed to be Monday got re scheduled. But the boys play at Jackson county tomorrow. Jesse Carr is on pace to become Livingston academy all time goal scorer sometime this season. (Men's that is. Couldnt catch kat nigro's total in 10 years).

should be a no contest for LA.. Hope the game stay cool we know Jackson likes to come out fighting.. Literally. Kat will prob hold the record for a while.. DC plays smith county tomorrow night as well

Statistically speaking I could probably catch her in 8 1/2 years lol... but she's a remarkable player. Doing great things at chapel hill for north Carolina

LA-8 Jackson county-0. Jesse Carr 4 gls. Jackson goalie got a red card for punching Carr in the head intentionally. Carr then was sitting on 4 gls and let #5 take it. 5 put it home..

I tried to warn you! Jackson won't be in the new district next year.. Probably a good thing

Check out the new districts on TSSAA website. District 8: Cannon Co., DeKalb Co., Goodpasture, Livingston, Macon Co., Merrol Hyde, Murfreesboro Central, Smith Co., and York.

9 teams and alot of driving!!! Dropped Jackson and Friendship, and added Goodpasture, Macon Co. and Merrol Hyde. Should make for a tough district.

Jackson Co. is getting the shaft. They have mad someone mad at TSSAA or TSSAA has never seen a map. Jackson Co. is located in the heart of the district and they get moved. Strangest thing I've seen TSSAA do but doesn't surprise me. TSSAA never makes sense.

Agreed. Jackson is just as far out as the teams the district picks up!

      One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.

      It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.

      Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
