If WC wins out and PC and Cville lose out, we should be able to sneak into the playoffs.

If WC wins out, they'll be in the playoffs no matter what Cville (or PC) does. We're competing against the whole state for wildcard bids now. Head-to-Head meetings and regional standings don't matter, just overall wins, and strength of schedule. For example, CA will probably be in the playoffs with 4 wins, despite a last place finish in the region (although if both Cville and WC reach 4 wins, CA would probably be the first team out).

Is regional record not the first decider?
