Boyd is gonna shut up all this Grace talk on Friday, and Gville didn't almost beat someone, they did beat us and I'd be willing to say we're just as good as Grace

 

I hope Boyd does beat Grace. I don't particularly care for Grace, but I will say had they not lost their stud RB, I think Grace would take Boyd. Without him, Boyd just may beat them.

 

Again, all I have to go on with Gville is what I saw Friday, and judging from the comments on here and the other thread, they might not have played up to their normal standards Friday night.

The us is Friendship Christian and the 2 best teams in 2A are playing Friday Night in Knoxville

Maybe South Pitt didn't play bad. You proclaimed SP the best team all year in 1A. Gordonsville will have zero trouble with Eagleville. I do however think the Greenback game will be tough.

I agree. SP is a good team. Gordonsville will advance and would love to see that match up with Greenback

I doesn't matter to me how they condition, the team I saw play Friday night was gassed by the end of the third. That is why, I normally would have agreed with the coach going for the 2 point conversion and the win, but I would not have made that decision after I had just drove the football 99 yards for a TD, there is no way Gville could have stopped them in OT.

 

On the conditioning, I have not been keeping up with all of your games, but more than likely, what has happened is your team has won a lot of blowout games and the starters have not had to play a full four quarter game in a while, and then when they had to play a full four quarters, they were gassed.

Gordonsville will dominate Eagleville friday night. I predict they win by 21 or more. I think the GB game will be a good one if they get through Friday night

CommanderMan you need to worry more about your game Friday night before you make comments on Boyd - GCA game. Both of those teams are solid and it looks as if Marion County is playing some good football when it counts

If I was forced to bet my hard earned money I would say the same but don't look past them. They seem like the sleeper team in Quad 2

If you win and play the winner of Boyd-GCA yes of course but my opinion is that the best 2 teams in the state are playing friday night in Knox

Well everyone has their own opinion, I respect that. I'm not a homer like most, if I think a team is better then us ill just flat out say it. I said we'd lost to Gville and we did. I do think we're the best team in 2a because our line and QB, if any of them get hurt then we'll be done against whoever we play from here out. I also think Gville is a very good team and they have a very good chance of winning it all as well
