Rode my unicycle by today, looks like you guys have several out. What about P-ville.....is there any kids from there that help you guys out on the field? They gotta be chomping at the bits to put a helmet on.

We've got four kids from P-Ville that I can think of Simms (OL), Caldwell (LB), Roudenbush (OL) and Garcia (DB) we had another kid but I think he quit. Not sure about the freshmen, we have so many I haven't really learned who they all are. Simms (JR) is a monster 6'4" 265 but this is his first year playing since middle school. Really smart kid so I expect he will catch up pretty quick. Roudenbush is a (soph) I think he will play quite a bit. Garcia played some last year, he is pretty quick but thin and Caldwell is three year starter.

Dresden will win against Westview, perhaps by a BIG margin if we can hang on to ball. Some may be surprised come Saturday, but not the Lions. I'm thinking we'll do GREAT this year, best coaches and staff, best heart and habits of players, best fans all equals to Cookeville bound imho. Time for that Gold ball and rings this year.. matches our helmets mighty nicely!

When do you guys play in Cookeville this year? According to Hevy---you guys are a lock. Outside of the fringe fans that don't represent the majority, I say this should be a good game. I was going to pick Dresden, but I think I 'll go with Westview. Even though they have the lesser players, the lesser coaches, and evidently the lesser program. Maybe they can turn their program around. WV by 1.

    • They’re building something special there. They have 4 Varsity games scheduled & 5 JV. They are trying for a 5th Varsity game. Beat them now because they will be good in the future. They are building a football field there I think but the rich pricks of Farragut won’t let them get lights so they are possibly looking at property to build a stadium & field with lights

Clint's narrative, imbued with the ethos of resilience, navigated the tumultuous waters of the 1980s with commendable fortitude. As for the prospective successor to the coaching helm, the mention of esteemed mentor Nick Saban's absence prompts a discerning hesitation towards alternative candidates, for excellence is the sole criterion deemed worthy of emulation.  Pray, may I inquire as to your esteemed identity? Are you perchance a luminary within the domain of coaching, endowed with unparalleled wisdom and insight?
