Any size upfront?

 

I can't remember the other starters but Cody Shipley (rising senior) was 280 or better as a freshman. Don't know if Nunley (another rising senior) is starting or not next year but he was around 270.

Shipley looked impressive this spring. I look for him to have a good year on both sides of the ball.

I went to the D-B scrimmage but never heard the date for the Central scrimmage. Anyone go to that one? Curious as to how the running game looked there.

South looked very good against D-B especially on the defensive side of the ball. Can't wait for August.

Central cancelled, said their field was too wet. Coach offered to use ours, they said it would be too wet too. I think Coach Fox got wet feet...er ..cold feet.

Keep hoping. Won't be happening this year. Elizabethton will smash them both.

Elizabethton will be tough, no doubt about it but "smash" South and North. I will be shocked

if Betsy "smashes" South.

I'm a Cyclone fan and I don't see us smashing South but we could get North because of all the talent they lost last year.

Ill have to make a note of this post and holla at you after yall play.Ill give south credit and say they will be prepared and will give there all.I highly doubt it will be a smashing with them or north.

Keep drinking that Kool-Aid. Betsy-South will be a hard fought game for 1st place in the conference. Also remember that while North lost a lot they have the Jasper kid coming back at RB and Kiree Thompson's younger brother (Jacoby ???) is an upcoming Soph. I heard several people say he was a better RB than Kiree.

In reply to the previous 2 comments: 1. I'm not with Elizabethton; I really have no dog in the race; just stating an objective opinion. 2. To say North lost a lot is an extreme understatement. They lost what, 19 or 21 seniors? Most of all were key contributors. 3 of them being their most explosive offensive players, and yes I know the Tight End was kicked off early. Also, Kiree's younger brother is no longer playing for North.
