District 10A Tournament

It looks like one of the top teams going in was eliminated last night by Houston County. Tonights games set the stage for a Double Header tomorrow night and then the championship. What are the thoughts on the rest of the tournament?

 

Tonight:

4:30 Jo Byrns/McEwen

6:30 WHH/East Rob

 

Tomorrow:

4:30 Houston County/winner of McEwen-JoByrns

6:30 Loser WHH-East Rob/ winner of 4:30

 

????? who will come out on top and be in the championship game?

Obviously, I'd like to see Houston County win it all, and I think they have a very good chance; they are a team of veteran, competitive players. Assuming they get through the first game tomorrow, I think they'll be seeing East Robertson. They split with them in the regular season -- each team winning by 1 or 2 runs. East won last week in extra innings. Should be a great game. Go Big Green!!!

Seriously eveverbody knows Mcewen, Houston Co., East Rob and WHH was the top teams before this tournament started.

Good luck to the Lady Irish as they face East Robertson tonight. If the regular season games are any indication, there should be some great softball played this evening. Go Big Green!
