I support my son and so does Eagles Talon. I am not a cronie of Frankie there was no one to blame that game on but Frankie and staff. Had the boys on defense boxed in getting hooked all night long. Not finding a way to get 45 the ball had our nose on defense standing and holding lineman instead of flying to the ball. We were gaining three to three and a half yards a run but that was not good enough so we throw it and turn it over five times. Hey all of you other people that have to play Lewis get ready they are well coached. They are not overly talented but they are sound in every aspect of the game. They get after you from the beginning to the end . Congratulations Lewis in my eyes it is your district to lose. I will continue to support this staff in hopes that it will get better. I am trying to be positive  and believe if we do not it will only trickle down to our players. That is all I have to say. East baseball i will be glad to meet you and introduce myself at the next game if you would like?

. I've got to give it to you blue for not joining in and being negative when that would be the easiest thing to do. I'm not taking up for your coach and I am not giving my opinion on his coaching. Heck he might deserve everything he getting. As good as Coach Sharp is he still has haters if everything is not perfect. If you want to relocated you are welcome at Lewis Co. especially if you have a son like #45. Who would be a running back if at LC.

So 6 turnovers you are saying last year was just the eagles making mental mistakes? I am sure it has nothing to do with our team practicing stripping the ball everyday. It has nothing to do with them

every parent supports there kids if not there not parents at all, and i agree about the defense, also the offense , this is what eastbaseball was trying to say he has a son coming up next year and we could really use him scared we are really going to be missing out if franks still there.  , are first scoring drive was 5run plays in a row for a TD.  how can a person like my self who has never coached anything in my life see what works and what doesn't for the last 4 years. Frankie has always handcuffed his running backs.  no one can change my mind but this group of kids if left alone could win more games without frank in drivers seat.

I do not understand why that # 45 isn't getting the ball 20-25 touches a game because we at lewis didn't think that game was gonna go like that at all we were nervous about you guys this yr an I still think your bys are very talented and will get in the playoff. I am going to this game friday to root you n and check out Camden

The answer to that is East Coach King is lost in a mans world. He has  tricked( or not) people to think he is a Football coach. I sat quiet in the stands while I seen the hate for this guy brewing. We all want to support our team, I support the kids 110% but DO NOT support this guy, he is a fake and a fraud. I know we will not be a part of this circus next year if this guy is still here , Not that my kid is a superstar but he will learn NOTHING under this guys control. Frankie is telling people he was a College football player...lol  If any of you have seen him  he was last picked in everything. Complete 100% loser .....  now he is into the buttkissing politics of good ole Hickman County.I really feel sorry for the kids and parents who get on the Eagle t shirts  and pay to get in and watch a disgusting displsy of what he calls football.

      OK, well, that’s because two quarterbacks can’t start. That’s football 101. The main quarterback won the starting job, so he was on varsity, and the Seymour transfer did not win the starting job. He played some varsity. He was mainly junior varsity, and he balled out when healthy, so for the starting quarterback who’s been starting varsity since his freshman year, if you have any form of proof that he’s gotten worse, somehow, whether that means stats or whatnot, please feel free to share.

      They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.

      The only two transfers that Bearden has gotten that went on to play college football were a defensive back from Karnes, who transferred here way before the new coaching staff got here, and a running back from Carter, who went on to play at Maryville College. Both players received those offers while at Bearden, and both players got a diploma from Bearden High School. Therefore, they are Bearden kids, and you can’t do anything about that.   The transfer from Seymour didn’t win the job, what do you expect two quarterbacks to start at the same time? He played great on JV when he could stay healthy, and when he came in on varsity, he did great. The quarterback position is definitely going to be in good hands when the current starting quarterback leaves, but until then, they’re just going to be battling it out like every good quarterback competition does. The current starting quarterback has his flaws, and that is in the pass game, but what he doesn’t have flaws is running and scrambling, and if you go back and watch any game, which I’m sure you didn’t watch any, we used him very often, and when we needed a deep ball, we brought in the transfer from Seymour. The starting quarterback last year will be a senior this year, and the Seymour transfer will be a junior, so the Seymour transfer is definitely going to get his spotlight. He may even win the job this year. Football isn’t about who the newspaper thinks is the best kid. The best kid in the position will win the starting job, and I trust the coaching staff more than a newspaper or article to pick my starting QB.

      I mean, we’ve only gotten two transfers that went on to play college football, one who went to UT Martin came his second semester junior year before the new coaching staff was here, and the other one went on to play at Maryville College, in which I don’t believe he had any interest prior to transferring.
