I Agree and I think Hardin Valley only graduates 1 starter, so they could move into that 4 spot. District 3 graduates alot of their better players (Powell, Anderson County, and Halls) so it should be a district 4 sweep again next year. Tomorrow, Maryville beats Farragut, and Friday Maryville beats Jeff. Co. and Farragut beats Morristown West. Good luck district 4.

We won't, don't worry about us, we have the best point guard in district . Oh, Bearden knows, u all had her and coach sent her to Farragut . Lol . Bearden could get beat again also, just like they did last night and what about 7 other times. Like I said don't worry about us, we went into the dawg house and won, we r not scared of little dawgs. Lol

If a player leaves a school because of playing time mid-season and then the team she left surges wins the region and makes the state tournament then Im pretty sure the coach isn't upset about the loss. 

 

It's obvious you have some ax to grind against Bearden and their coach.

 

However, I would mention in the last 3 years

 

BHS has won 1 district championship, 1 region championship, 1 Sectional Win, and 1 State Tourney Appearance

 

FHS has 2 district championships, 1 region championship, 0 Sectional wins, and  0 State Tourney Appearances

u2bballnow WHERE ARE YOU???? Please enter the building. I hope you aren't on suicide watch. Maybe Farragut can get some more illegal players. Obviously the ones they have now are not helping. Before you talk STUPID smack, make sure you win the game. Have a great week NOT watching your team in the state tournament.

Order for next year is wide open

 

Bearden graduates a great senior class but returns an experienced unit and a 6'1" post.

 

Farragut graduates more true starters than Bearden retains good point guards, new post, and matches up with Bearden.

 

Herritage looks good good wings posts no guard? Did she graduate?

 

Hardin Valley good post guard lose scoring

 

Maryville needs to recruit...

 

Lenoir city...beats West?

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
