Congrats to East Ridge

After making it their first ever district final last night, East Ridge followed up with their first ever district championship. I was there last night in their game against Hixson and it was a dog fight throughout. Very evenly matched teams but I think the team in better physical shape won. Hixson looked very tired in OT just when ER picked things up. ER could have deflated after a handling call went against them in the box in the last 2 mins of regulation. But they didn't and kudos to them. No whining, no blaming, just more determination after the call.
