Jackson County wins against anyone, easily in my opinion. Goodpasture will win 8a, take it from someone who was in the same district as them and they always played Macon tough and even beat them at Goodpasture. None of the other teams in 8a would have came close.

Well, it looks like my prediction of Trousdale Co. winning District 8a is holding up!  Anyone have any thoughts on 8a from what they have seen thus far?  Anyone know where the District Tournament will be played?

Who did they beat?  I have seen Watertown play this year and they will be far from a pushover.  They are a solid team.  I have also seen Gordonsville and RBS...They are pretty even with eachother.

Coe is the best player in region without a doubt and I had heard Crange got some transfers in so the 5 games they play each other in this year should be fun to watch. The region as a whole isn't very good outside the top 2 teams.

Now my rant! RBS got moved to 8a to even out the districts but now uneven districts isn't the case. The only sport that benefits from being in 8a from a competitive stand point is girls basketball and even in girls basketball, though it's much tougher district, the games were a lot more fun to watch even though Clarkrange or JC blew us out.

What transfers?  You mean 8th graders choosing to go to C-range instead of York?  Transfers are students who attend classes at a school then move to another school.

Looks like TC had a bad loss tonight.. TC losing to a weak Friendship, very surprising.
